Now tell us who he was in his younger days.
My Dad. He was born 1917. Join the army on a lie when he was 15. Died 2000 at 82 years. Served 40 years.
My father also passed in 2000 (he was younger though born in the 1930’s) – He has a peacetime stint in the Navy.
But in-laws both men and women served in WWII and currently have a niece and nephew in the Army.
May we continue to remember…
