From tiny beginnings to oceans I discovered the world in words

Last day of September

fluttering down

thousands of Autumn geese

like first snow

half a mile away- just two

in perfect symmetry

a second flurry

fills the inbetween spaces

first fall undisturbed

the glistening water

darkens with their arrival

  1. Again your imagery about his both beautiful and haunting. Thank you.

  2. When I travel I always look for the birds of the area to see how they are similar or different.

I wasn’t able to capture the visit of the heron on my side of the creek last week. I hope he stays…

  3. Oh, I can see them!
